Today is National Census Day! If you haven’t mailed back your Census form, please do so today. We must work together to ensure that our district and our city get an accurate count, so that we can receive the resources we need.
There are two upcoming events in East Harlem to promote the importance of the Census. We hope you will be able to join us!
Community Meeting on the 2010 Census

Volunteer as a Community Census Reminder!
Sponsored by Council Member Melissa Mark-Viverito, along with State Senator Jose M. Serrano, District Leaders John Ruiz and Peggy Morales, Community Board 11, Lott Community Development, El Museo del Barrio and Boriken Neighborhood Health Center
Census reminders will be stationed at a location and will hand out flyers and talk to the community about the importance of returning the Census.
